i learnt today, that we cannot do dumb things.
not now, not before, not ever.
it's like a past that'll come back to haunt you.
and discussed as hilarious incidents at the coffee table.
which was the case today.
but i've also learnt, that it doesn't matter that you slip up once in awhile.
only then you would realise the true bonds you have with your friends.
those who will be there
and those who would simply disappear
now then, are friends people who would never let you down?
besides, what is the point of having friends, or rather close pals when they're never there for you when you really need them?
as the saying goes, through thick or thin.
in my opinion, a true friendship can withstand the years, the moments of separation and even periods of drought. how bad a fight might be, you know that this friendship is bigger than all that.
that should there come a day where you are in dire need of support, they'll be there for you.
like a shining angel reaching out to lend you support.
