happy deepavali!
funny how it seems i only send my greetings after the actual day has gone by..
i had a great time at home, cosy in bed, glued to the television. it has been quite awhile since i last had the leisure of chilling at home, just spending time with me.
so, lunch was served in a box and shared with two. deeelicious!
more mind boggling screenings later, it was singapore idol. finally managed to catch it after so long. yay! well, the singing wasn't impressive, so was the stage and atmosphere. in my opinion, it doesn't live up to american idol. but, we're good in our own style.
this soon led up to a sumptous treat for dinner comprising of frog leg porridge, bbq sting ray,
oyster omlette. which of course led to a bulging tummy and a contented self. -smug smile-
alright. fun camp has just concluded.
the event passed by pretty smoothly although there is indeed much room for improvement. but given the situation, we learn from experience, although it would do good for some to grumble and whine less and provide more valuable feedback/suggestions to help the situation.
so there... i said my piece.
commitment and responsibility plays a big role here. but most importantly, support.
to end off, let's all live a life we are proud of, take pride in the things we do, big or small as long as it is an honest effort, you haven't let yourself down. break
out of your comfort zone, only then can you achieve great things.
